TRACKRIGHT SUNSHINE has a vacancy for a Workshop Production Manager/Foreman.
We are specialists in Steering and Suspension repairs for the crash repair industry. We must provide high quality, fast paced repairs and service for our clients, panel shops and Insurance companies.
This position requires excellent general mechanical skills and knowledge, and production managing experience, the ability to think on your feet, problem solve and provide leadership for our dedicated team. We enjoy a large clean safe environment, great morale, and provide solid career opportunities. You will be in the workshop and on the tools most of the time for a start, but learning the whole business, with an eye to future management roles. We want our people to grow, to do well and prosper within our business, then we all do well.
