The Role
Gemini Accident Repair Centres have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at our Support Centre in Benowa.
In this position you will carry out a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Be responsible for the Group Accounts Receivable function and all tasks associated with this
- Manage Accounts Receivable staff, monitoring work output, setting KPI's and managing performance as required
- Ensure timely collection of monies due
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist Finance Manager
- Assist with external audits
- Support to resolve Accounts Receivable enquiries
- Take on projects and other tasks as assigned by Financial Controller
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable Management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver on-time
