The Role
We have exciting opportunities for Motor vehicle Claims Handlers / Repair Coordinator's to join the team at Tingalpa.
In this role you will be responsible for handling invitations to repair motor vehicles from insurers, speaking with their customers and booking them into Gemini Repair Centres.
As a Claim Handler/Repair Co-ordinator you will
- Answer or make calls to customers who need assistance with repairs to their motor vehicles
- Engage in active listening to confirm and gain a complete understanding of their needs and finding a solution for them
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customers by exploring various solutions
- Utilise software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately
To be successful in this role candidates will have:
- Previous customer service experience (3 years plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm approachable manner, a positive mindset to things
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Industry experience / motor vehicle claims handling highly regarded, however the most important requirement is that you have the right attitude. Full training will be provided.
The office is modern with off street parking and there is public transport nearby.
